Researcher at INRIA

I was born in 1964. I graduated Ecole Polytechnique in 1986 (Promotion X83), Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées in 1988, and obtained PhD Thesis in "Mathématiques et Automatique" from Université Paris IX-Dauphine, under supervision of Michel Sorine, on March 5th,1990. I was awarded the "Habilitation à diriger des recherches" from Université Paris XI-Orsay on November 21st, 2005.

I am researcher (Chargé de recherche) at Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et Automatique (INRIA) since 1991, in the team Sosso2.

You can download a detailed biography (in french), including complete list of publications. See also here, for the same list, together with some downloadable files.

My research interests include:

  • Modeling and control of systems with hysteresis, and particularly dry friction.
  • Qualitative behaviour of some nonlinear control systems, and especially problems of existence of forced and unforced periodic solutions.
  • Stability and performance of delay systems.
  • Robustness to parametric uncertainties,
  • Stability of multiagent systems .
