LablTk: dialog boxes

Opening of a dialog box (result ignored).

The following box is opened right a the start:

But we do nothing with it...

A dialog box allows the programme to ask a question to the user.
For instance in the following exemple, a dialog box is created when you press the "Quit" button, and asks for a confirmation.

Clicking on "Quit" will cause the opening of the following dialog box.

Note that the default is the second answer, i.e. "No".
