WRaP-IT: WHIRL Represented as Polyhedra - Interface Tool.

An intermediate representation for program analyses and transformations in the polytope model; and a plug-in to integrate these transformations into the Open64/ORC compiler (WHIRL is the high level intermediate representation of Open64).
